Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s e-commerce performance across multiple online platforms. This role focuses on driving sales growth through campaign execution, performance analysis, and marketplace optimization, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversion, sales) to generate actionable insights
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, visuals, pricing, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, and brand) to ensure campaign readiness and stock alignment
- Maintain store performance metrics, including ratings, chat responsiveness, and overall customer experience
- Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with clear recommendations for improvement
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a performance or campaign-focused role
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
