Job Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities

• Manage and verify all warehouse petty cash transaction processes based on applicable requirements and documents as well as check all deliveries and invoices for all expeditions
• Record and input into the system all matters relating to incoming and outgoing money transactions
• Help to manage all warehouse operational needs
• Follow up regarding delivery receipts that have been sent from warehouses or stores
• Check the goods that will go out according to the waybill and carry out QC on the condition of the goods according to predetermined criteria

Brand Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring Brand / Product & Inventory sales every month.
• Create offline & online promotional activities/plans.
• Ensure that all Stores/Shops follow the rules and standards that have been determined by the Brand & Company.
• Ensure that all Dealers receive the most up to date information regarding Products / Brands
• Monitoring the development of each brand’s social media
• Monitoring and reviewing Influencer activities for each Brand
• Create monthly reports for the entire Brand (Perforance, Product Team Activities, etc.)
• Provide training/socialization and other things related to the brand.

Sales Advisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK equivalent education

Responsibilities:

• Carry out marketing activities online or onsite to increase product awareness and sales.

• Carry out marketing administration activities such as preparing proposals, making presentations, managing event permits, and making reports on the implementation of marketing activities
• Collaborate with vendors, KOLs, other brands, media partners and other parties involved in marketing implementation

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the operations of the PT Surya Bumi Retailindo running store network
• Ensure the store achieves sales targets and development/training metrics
• Ensure the execution of marketing, advertising, visual merchandising according to Company guidelines
• Train staff on how to encourage sales through product knowledge and service standards according to Company standards

Qualifications:
