We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Specialist to support the development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels. This is a dynamic role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry who are both creative and analytically minded. You’ll collaborate across teams to bring our brand to life — ensuring consistency, supporting marketing efforts, and contributing to growth strategies with a sharp eye on performance and inventory.
- Support brand marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and positioning across all platforms
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store/online activations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, social media, and marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Analyze sales performance, consumer behavior, and campaign metrics to generate actionable insights
- Develop brand decks and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor campaign results, providing regular updates on performance, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Track and report on inventory levels, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness to support product planning and marketing timelines
Persyaratan
- 1–2 years of experience in brand development, campaign management, or marketing (fashion/lifestyle background is a plus)
- Hands-on experience in event coordination or in-store branding
- Eye for design, trends, and consumer behavior
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills; able to track campaign and sales performance
