Tentang Posisi Ini
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Marketplace Ads
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance on a daily and monthly basis
- Plan and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for conversion, traffic, and sales
- Create and adjust ad copy based on audience insights, funnel stages, and platform best practices
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and design teams for advertising key visuals (KV)
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide optimization recommendations
Persyaratan
- - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- - Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads
- - Proven ability to maintain and improve ROAS and campaign performance
- - Strong understanding of budget planning, allocation, and optimization
- - Good ad copywriting skills for performance-driven campaigns
- - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Experience working with cross-functional teams; fashion, sports, or lifestyle industry experience is a plus
